Didn't see this thread when it began, or I might have been scared off. I have 3 Marlin '94's with Wild West Happy Triggers and couldn't be 'happier'.....
I heat them, pound them a little straighter, grind end shorter and rounder, round off right side edge and then polish and cold blue. Never have had a problem.
That is , no problem that I didn't create......

Hoss-- I'll take it. PM me with remittance details, please.
Thanks!

- Ace--- Hope you return safely...... I'd miss your smiling face at the shoots...
Maybe get a runner to do a 'straw purchase' for you.

Good for you! It was fun shooting with you at the Western Divisional. When I was recovering strength in hands following major injuries I discovered the very best (and cheapest!) therapy was to use a solid rubber ball about the size of a regular baseball. The trick was to hacksaw it in half. It then becomes a natural shape to have in your hand, and your fingers & thumb can squeeze independently or in unison, and by moving the position in your palm you can change the tension applied. It also, because of the shape, easily sits on a dashboard and is great for diversion while traveling. It definitely beats the spring actuated grippers.
I know my explanation is a bit vague, but try it. You've only maybe $2.99 to lose...... I still have mine, from 1967....
Good luck, and keep us posted.

Our club has a category we call "Pike", as in The Wild Bunch, where a .45 semi auto with 2 magazines with 5 rounds is utilized instead of 2 single action pistols. Everything else is normal CAS arms. Fun for variety for those who don't want to go full-on Wild Bunch.
The downside is experienced by the brass picker.......

Dave-- If you don't go for the trade, I'll send $15 in US Government greenbacks. Let me know, and PM with remittance advice.
Bill's offer of .45-70 bullets is certainly a fair deal if it fits your needs.

Definitely one of OUR heroines. Always thought of her as the Energizer Bunny....even when she was on crutches. Not gonna be the same at Cajon.... . Prayers up for JJ and family members.

We did this (had it done ) this year. Wife diagnosed with dustmite allergy, so '76 vintage ceilings had to go. Hired local VERY handy handyman and his wife who work like a well-oiled machine and they did the whole house. We just moved critical items out of the way. Took a week, done during summer so windows could be open and fans running...
about as painless as could be.
Looks real nice.
She paid for it out of her SS fund. Even nicer.....
