  1. 🇺🇸 I know this is a long shot but I am looking to contact the SASS shooter who camped in space #37, east campground, 2025 EOT.  Ben Avery office will not divulge any info which I understand.  Just want to possible know if he has the same space again regarding getting together, Saturday night meal, etc.

    Thanks,

    Chas B

Chas Wolfson - you had better grab this!

🇺🇸 My friend, if I had anything in this caliber I would.

  3. 🇺🇸 Just acquired two absolutely awesome 1851 Piettas from my good pard Dawg.  I am looking to purchase two square back trigger guards.  If anyone has what I am looking for, please let me know.  I would really like to stay with Pietta instead of making another manufacturer's frames fit.  If it matters, these are 44 caliber shooters, not 36 caliber.

    Thanks,

    Chas B🤠

  5. 🇺🇸 Hey brother, it has been exactly one month since I made a purchase from you.  Get with the program and get something posted that I NEED, or want to buy.  The Too Tall Bob money account feels unwanted and no longer loved.

    Just say'in!🤠

    Regards,

    Chas B🤪

P.S. If you don't, I might have to redirect the money to, God forbid, GOLF!

  6. 🇺🇸 I have committed to purchase a hat band from Cholla on the wire.  I have been getting numerous texts from an individual stating hat band was done and showing same pic as Cholla's posting on the wire.

Unfortunately now he has my addy and E-mail.  Somewhere from here maybe he got my phone number.

Dumb me finally caught on when he sent me his real name and addy.  I do know Cholla lives in Prescott.

So, just to say I did, this is what I did with my first loads with Scarlett's Little Lethal Lipsticks.

That sun was just peeking over the "mountains", and it was already well over 90 degrees. The shade on the firing line won't be effective until the sun is well up in the sky, and I must skedaddle quick - the bug man is coming, and my lady wife is sleeping.

Target is ten yards, because that's what we shoot at, and the scoring rings are far smaller than the steel we shoot.

    The conclusions are obvious;

    1) I'm an idiot, I forgot to bring the rifle to check operation. I will load more. (Gee, darn)

    2) The pistol is more accurate than I am. Actually, compared to some pards, I can't shoot worth a darn. :D

    3) Scarlett sells good bullets that do exactly as advertised.

    4) It is too HOT - as I type this it is, per ABC, 95 degrees outside and it's not 8 AM yet.

    5) Any of these loads will work just fine, and I have a ton of AA#2 to use up.

    6) Any day at the range, even when hot as the hinges of Hades, is better than a day at work.

🇺🇸 Now if you could only shoot that well on steel.🤠

  8. 🇺🇸 Annie and I attended this past year, first time for us.  This club is on their A game putting on the match.  The unseen background work and daily logistics were spot on creating a great time for all who participated.  The tail end of Hurricane Helene made its presence known with rain throughout the match.  No one paid attention and no spirits were dampened.  All shooting bays are under cover and there is a paved parking lot to set the mobil house on.  There is a kitchen at the upper range that serves up awesome food and each shooter is given a voucher to use there.  The provided dinner was second to none and there were enough door prizes that everyone made two trips to the prize table.

My friend, Dawg told me this year is the 30th anniversary of the match and planning is in the works to make this one even better than before.

Fun and entertaining stages, super shooting venue, good food and incredibly friendly people.  What more could a cowboy ask for.

If you miss this one, you'll be missing something special.

My unsolicited and unpaid for $.02.

    Regards,

    Chas B🤪
