Wow.  Yes, the fan went too far.  Heckling the players is a time honored tradition, but very personal verbal attacks are too far. Did the fan know his mom died 8 years ago or was he just throwing out some standard mom jokes and jabs to heckle the guy?

However, a lifetime ban is a bit much.  Kick him out of that game if he is causing a scene., sure.  But if we start giving lifetime bans because a fan was heckling a player, there are going to be a lot of people that will no longer be able to go to games.  If you are a professional sports player, you need to grow some thicker skin.  If the players are distracted by the heckling, then the heckling did its job, right?

I agree, I don’t know why he wasn’t removed earlier. I’m sure fans around him didn’t like what he was saying and they could have at least  got security to remove him if his language was offensive. I do think a lifetime ban is too severe, at least give the guy a chance to apologize publicly or to the player personally.
People are out of control at these sporting events, I’ve witnessed it myself. 😡

Other fans as well as the players should not have to listen to such extreme rudeness.  Lifetime bans should be imposed not only on this jerk but on those who use continuously use foul language and/or drink themselves into a stupor.  I would like to take kids and grandkids to a ball park without having them listen to such trash.  Want to curse and get drunk?  Do it at home while watching a game on TV.  Manners are important when in public.

    Good point!🤠

In my years as a working medic, the best ER docs I worked with were all DOs.

Good advice from a professional. Thank you!B)

All my life until about 10 years ago, my doctor was an MD.

Whenever a blood test came back with something too low or too high, a prescription was promptly issued, and I marched down to the pharmacy for another bottle of pills.

Switched to D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic medicine)

    Blood test numbers were questioned:

ie, have you changed any eating habits, exercise habits, etc.

Why are you on three different blood pressure medicines?

Has your blood lead level been tested (after lifestyle was discussed)?

The D.O. just seemed much more thorough in asking about why something was happening instead of automatically slapping a bottle of pills in my hand.

Just sharing in case some pards are getting tired of the bottle of pills merry go round.

And yes, I am feeling and doing much better.

I had a DO a while back but he moved. I now have an MD but he’s more like a DO. He’s hesitant to prescribe pills at will.

You could build that for WAY under 1K in the States.

I honestly didn't know you could buy a coffin at WalMart. SOB's sell everything from birth 'til death.

Yea, ain’t it great? One of the all time biggest and most successful businesses in America ever!

I as well.  Kids today I suppose.  Just because it's not really designed for +P loads.  They didn't really have +P in '66.  .357 Magnum was, well, magnum.  Sure, it's not a .44 Magnum (that'll blow your head clean off) , but it does its job well.

Also it’s not stainless, it’s old fashioned blah blah

    Its my favorite SA/DA revolver!

If i ever make it to the States one of the first things I'd like to is walk around a Walmart.

You’d be disappointed if you came to the one I go to. Pretty normal folks shop there. I hardly ever see any freaks like they show on those videos.

Hi! So a great tool for hotels is an app called Hotel tonight, this is what I use to book rooms for my husband and I. With this app we have been able to keep all of our hotel rooms at around 60-80 dollars a night, and if we feel like spending a little extra then closer to 100 dollars. We have had really good luck with it and have been using it for  3 year now.

I doubt you would get a Comfort Inn for that price.

Next to the elevator/ice machine, far end of the corridor

Never stayed that close to the elevator or ice machine. The rooms I’ve stayed in have always been clean and roomy, even the single bed rooms. Breakfast was good too. Bacon, eggs etc.

I know this will be an unpopular opinion but I prefer Ruger revolvers over S&W. I'd take my GP100 over a 686. I like the trigger better and how I can almost stage it in DA.

I have several Smith revolvers and while they are my favorite, I have a Ruger SP101 that’s a great little gun. I also had a GP 100 for awhile but sold it to get money together for a Colt SAA but it was a great gun. I guess what I’m saying is I like both.

I’ve never stayed in a crappy Comfort Inn! Never!  I’ve stayed in 3 in Ohio, one in PA, one in Michigan and one in Florida
