Ben A Contender, SASS #70040 Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 There is a "Guest Badge" option listed on the sign-up page for EoT. It says "spouse of registrant only." What is the purpose of this "fee?" Is there a fee for guests who may want to watch a registered shooter participate in the event? Does this "Guest Badge" permit the "guest" onto the ranges to help the registered shooter in some way? Does it apply strictly to a spouse (as in married partner) or would it include "significant other?" Just trying to make sense of the options listed before I hit the submit button to register. And can some "options" be added at the event (day of) if space permits? Thanks for helping to clarify things. Ben A Contender
FancyFree#23612L Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 The way I understand it, a Guest badge can be bought for anyone, not just spouse. The guest can stay for the events that are held AFTER shooting. That is the time all "public" are gone. I'm not sure about being on the range, but I know they can watch.
Hank Dodge, SASS 16127 Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 Guest badges basically allow a person to be on site after the gates close to the general public. A "guest" is not allowed on the range....only registered shooters. Also, a guest can not carry firearms on site, only shooters and conventioneers. Hope this helps to clarify this a bit.
