Clancy O'Conall, SASS #75088
I have two NIB Uberti's in 45 LC, a 73' Carbine and 73' Rifle, that I took out and shot for the first time this afternoon. They function well except for one thing, the empty cases barely clear the gun and roll over the side instead of throwing them up high like my 38 guns. Wondering how to tune the extractor/ejector if that is possible. Also, wondering how far the firing pins should protrude past the bolt face. They didn't pierce the primers, but they both put pretty good dents in them if that might be an issue. Both guns have been disassembled and cleaned prior to shooting, boy those stock screws were tight, yikes. Anyway, thanks for any help in advance.
