It is a German made straight razor - from the Solingen region (known for high quality steel manufacturing). I am guessing that Ohligs is the company that made the item. I do know that "Strass" is "street" - so - maybe Luiigstrass is the street where the manufacturer is located. I am further guessing that the "lamp" or the number "35" could be the forger's ID - the forger being the guy that actually stood at the forge and made the item. The handle is a celluloid material. No nicks, dings, or other flaws. There is a box included - but it is ROUGH - as the owner covered the original box with contact paper.
