This gun was made prior to the modern Ithaca/SKB production, but exhibits the SKB attention to detail and quality The triggers are reversed for a right handed shooter but can be switched back easily. Color case hardened receiver with certain parts blued....all factory original. Barrel length is 22 1/2", LOP is 13 3/4 from front trigger to recoil pad. The wood is in really nice shape with a small ding that shows in one photo. There are NO cracks or splits. Bluing is good with a small spot on one barrel that has minimal pitting. The gun also has a small area of smudging on one area of the barrels. The bores are bright and clean and the action locks up perfectly. It has the 100 style extractor and the modern style, nicely balanced barrels. If you are looking for a dependable, sure to fire, SKB and don't trust the mechanical conversions (which I don't), this might work for you. Would make a great blackpowder double.
