Six-Shot
I just got back from testifying against HB135 (repealing NH's SB88 two year old "stand your ground" law). I would say that most of those who testified spoke against the bill to repeal "stand your ground" . If the three Republicans on the Senate Judiciary committee "stand their ground" the bill will fail in committee. If one of them "flinches" and votes with the two Democrats the bill will be sent on to the full Senate for a vote where the Republicans hold a slim one vote majority. Link to comment
