Its 17' feet long, self contained, full bath with tub & shower, AC/heat, large fridge w/freezer compartment, microwave, 3 burner stove, double sink, one full size bed (I replaced thin bed board with thick plywood) & a pull out bed, sleeps 4, cable/satellite ready, crank antenna for tv, 6 gal. hot water heater, huge picture window in rear, mini ......blinds on all windows, lots of storage, battery/electric lighting, etc. I paid $400 for the stabilizer hitch and will throw that in along with the other extras such as tire covers, tire chocks, outside shower attachment, water hoses, sewer hook-ups and rugs. This trailer is immaculate and ready to go, all you need to do is throw in some food and go! It would make a good bachelor pad. We are non smokers and there has not been any pets in it. We only used it 3 times. We paid almost $15,000 for it new with all the extras. Its still under warranty. All we are asking is you assume payments in your name of course. The payments are $136.00. All you would have to do is a phone credit check with the company its financed with and they will transfer into your name. Just trying to get out from under it because of personal situations.
