Professor Tull, SASS #66742
Not to hijack my own thread ["Remember Me"], a friend sent me this late last night, and thought I might be interested in using it in conjunction with the already posted video. After viewing it more times than I can count, I feel it deserves its own spot. The song is 'Angels On The Moon' by Thriving Ivory - written in 2008 as a tribute to those who perished in 9/11 ["This is to the New York City Angels"]. It is a powerful/insightful song about living life to its fullest and not worrying about what lies ahead. This particular video is directed towards our troops who are serving in the wake of 9/11. It is just as powerful.I am also including the lyrics for those with dial-up internet connection - hopefully you will feel some of the emotion that is conveyed in the video.Angels On The Moonby Thriving IvoryDo you dream, that the world will know your name - So tell me your nameDo you care, about all the little things - or any thing at allI want to feel, all the chemicals inside - I want to feelI want to sunburn, just to know that I'm alive - To know that I'm aliveDon't tell me if I'm dying, cause I don't want to knowIf I can't see the sun, maybe I should goDon't wake me cause I'm dreaming, of angels on the moonWhere everyone you know, never leaves to soonDo you believe, in the day that you were born - Tell me do you believeDo you know, that everday is the first day of the rest of your lifeDon't tell me if I'm dying, cause I don't want to knowIf I can't see the sun, maybe I should goDon't wake me cause I'm dreaming, of angels on the moonWhere everyone you know, never leaves to soonThis is to one last day in the shadowsAnd to know a brothers loveThis is to New York City AngelsAnd the rivers of our bloodThis is to all of us, to all of usDon't tell me if I'm dying, cause I don't want to knowIf I can't see the sun, maybe I should goDon't wake me cause I'm dreaming, of angels on the moonWhere everyone you know, never leaves too soonYou can tell me all your thoughts, about the stars that fill polluted skiesAnd show me where you run to, when no ones left to take your sideBut don't tell me where the road ends, cause I just don't want to know - No I don't want to knowDon't tell me if I'm dyingDon't tell me if I'm dyingDon't tell me if I'm dyingIf there are those who want to view one of the 9/11 tribute videos of this song, it can be found at the following address [youtube.com/watch?v=uT6srI8vAGQ] - be forewarned, the images and the emotions they can bring out are STRONG.Professor Tull

Louis Cyphier
Professor After viewing a couple of the 9-11 videos on youtube, would you please put one on here. Thank you Louis
Professor Tull, SASS #66742
There are two main videos connected to this song that directly relate to the events of 9-11. I chose this one, because I am one of those who sees the 'huge Angel with its head bowed' at 3:03.If anyone feels that the images are TOO disturbing or inappropriate, please let me know and I will delete this video.Professor Tull
