Andrew Quigley SASS #32802
So I bought my first Frankford Arsenal tumbler 12 years ago and it finally died with a broken motor mount a year ago. Bought my next one in Jan. 2010 and it locked up on me this past Sunday. I emailed the company asking if it was still under warranty and had a reply first thing Monday morning. The nice lady said the company was sorry for any inconvience and a new was being shipped that day. Well it came in this afternoon and is tumbling cases as I write this. Just wanted ya'll to know this is a first class company in my book and I'll do business with them again in the future.
Presidio
My orginal gave it up after a decade of faithful service. I got a new one in its' place now with no gripe or grudge against it or the company. Just wish they made reloading equipment too.
Crusty
Mine is 12 years old also. I've replaced the wires do to rodent knawing, then removed the plug in with the switch on it and went direct, but it still keeps on ticking. I know it'll give up the ghost someday and when it does I'll be getting another Franklin.
