I remember it to be a RIMFIRE model, standard grade in 80% condition. Enough of you are collectors and shooters of old firearms, I thought you might be able to give me a dollar figure... If it's a centerfire, it's a conversion of some kind. Value of around $3000 to $4000 for originals, maybe more if there's any kind of regimental provenance with it. EDIT : If it's a rimfire, that doesn't change the value too much. Finding .52 rimfire ammunition might be something of a challenge though. Total production of the percussion models was around 20,000 carbines, and around 5,000 of the rimfire.
