SASS Convention tickets

I had plans to go to Las Vegas next week and try to attend the convention. I would only be able to spend one day there. When I looked at pricing I saw that it would cost $115 plus $45 for two of us, so I have pretty much cancelled my plans. Unless I misunderstand, I would have to pay this full convention price just to browse the exhibits and vendors, and possibly one or two seminars, for one day.

If this is indeed the case, I think it would be a good idea if next year they would add a one day exhibit only pass, and possibly an exhibit plus 1 or 2 seminar pass. That would allow many who live within a reasonable driving distance, and cannot attend the full convention, to at least patronize the vendors, and make their investment and time more worthwhile.

If I missed something, and the exhibits and vendors are open to the public, let me know and I may still make it.

You've got it wrong. Entrance to the convention hall and access to the vendors is free to all comers. You must pay to participate in the seminars, dances, and ball.
