  1. For sale is a beautiful Marlin 39-A Mountie (Takedown) .22 Caliber rifle. This Mountie has an 'S' serial number (S23864) and was manufactured in either late 1958 or early 1959. It is in truly remarkable condition for its age. It appears to be all original with a 20" barrel, an excellent bore, and the signature golden trigger and bullseye. The wood is excellent, with only very minor dings, no chips, cracks or other issues. The metal is very, very nice with only minor nicks and scratches. The screw heads are excellent and look untouched. This was my squirrel, rabbit and plinking rifle when I was a teen, and the rifle with which I taught my sons to shoot. I will miss this one, but its time for someone else to enjoy it. You would have to look long and hard to find a nicer one. $995 shipped to your FFL.
  2. ***SPF*** For sale is an excellent "JM" marked, pre-safety, Marlin 1894 Carbine made in 1982. If I recall correctly, this model was only produced between 1979 and 1984. It is chambered in .357 Magnum and also accepts .38 Special cartridges. The 18.5" Micro-Groove barrel is bright and shiny, and is in excellent condition. This rifle has had an easy life, a safe queen used for occasional plinking- no hunting or competition. The metal is in excellent condition, the only blemishes I see are several small areas on the bottom and sides of the magazine tube which look like they may have been touched up with a blueing pen. The wood is very nice, with a few very minor scratches/scuffs. The screwheads are perfect and show no signs of tampering. They don't make them like this anymore and the nice ones are getting harder and harder to find. $1,035 shipped to your FFL in the lower 48. ***SPF***
  3. I am embarking on a new project and something must go. I have three Gen 3 Nickle Colt SAA's for sale. I will try to keep this clean. # 1 should be first , #2 second & #3 last. Left to right in photos, I hope. SPF #1 has original box and I believe all paperwork. 1980 Gen 3, SAA, Nickle 5.5" bbl, wood grips, very smooth actions. Springs have been changed. I shot #'s 1 & 2 @ our June I st Sat shoot. Pistols flawless, shooter not so much. SPF #2 1980 Gen 3 with box but little paperwork, original box, very smooth. Springs changed. Wood grips, frame and grip frame all #' match. Very few handling marks. #3 also 1980 vintage, Gen 3 SAA . It has no box or papers but it may be unfired. I cannot say for sure but there are no smudges on the cylinder or in the frame. The Cowboy I bought it from thought so also. I will say that it has been handled but maybe not fired. Probably somebody's safe queen. #1 $ 1850.00 + shipping # 2 1800.00 + shipping #1, & 2 $3500.00 + shipping # 3 $ 1600.00 + shipping #'s 1, 2, & 3, $5000.00 SHIPPED All shipped from my FFL to Yours. Reasonable offers and possible payment plan considered. Thanks for looking. C.W.
