I have wanted a Henry Big Boy X model since I first read about them. I wanted one in .45 Colt. Every time I came across one I didn’t have the money to buy it or I had other priorities. My LGS had a brand new one for a while. They were asking $989.00 for it. When I decided to get it, it was gone. Probably a good thing. My bike needed tires and maintenance. Anyway, a used X model showed up in the display case of my LGS Saturday. They wanted $750 for it. I bought it today. I am looking forward to taking it to the range in the next couple of days.
