My dryfire routine is meticulous; i raise the empty bottle to my mouth, then act both surprised and disappointed until Red notices and offers me a new one.

The "Reading Impaired" comment was a direct shot at my buddy, Shooting Bull
For the record, is this the first time you've publicly admitted to being friends with guy? 🤣

It was great to see you both again. It's been far too long.

Did anyone actually answer the question? 🤣

If youre asking about a box stock gun, yes, per design. Any gun thats been worked on has lost it's factory warranty. It's "probably" ok, but i wouldnt make a habit of it.

Yes that’s who we use at THSS. We’ve also used them for making pins. Michael and his graphics designer are really easy to work with on the design of the buckles. They do a lot of work for the Houston Rodeo badges and other buckles.
Whats your ave cost on these?

Abilene, buckles are the only prize that offers return on investment. I travel all over the country and people always ask where i got my buckles. it gets people asking about your match. Its an opportunity to tell them how much fun i had. Stones, acrylics, medallions, etc are nice but my grandkids dont care when they see them on my shelf. Your potential customers see your ad displayed all day in a buckle.

I’m more interested in what caused your 650 to “blew up a full tube of primers”.
One bad apple... 😆
Ive done it too, full tube. BT Blade called it the 'crap yer pants, happy dance'. Theres a reason they dumped the design on the 750...

Ive been watching this thread kick around all week and see multiple issues being blurred as one. First, target failure is a separate issue from a willful surrender. We dont penalize for target failure. when i started playing this game, i dont remember anyone quiting before they ran out of ammo. Just wouldnt do it. We used to shoot hoses (snakes) 5 yards (+/-) down range and it might take 2 or 10 shots to get it done. We shot little rabbit and squirrel cutouts and if it spun sideways, Lord help you cause it had to go down "to count". Thats my next point; we've gotten lax in stagewriting because we shouldnt have to appeal to SCOTUS for stage instructions. We used to say "must go down to count but over the years dropped many of the obvious and extemporaneous. Somewhere along the way, the loophole lawyers and the penalty distribution society went to war and here we are. With three rule books, another of clarifcations and an entire glossary because we have to define if and then.

Strong side provides you more opportunities in transitions but anything you master will benefit your scores. Its all about muscle memory.

I know a couple of great ones are happening at the four corners in SW Utah and hell on the border in NW Arkansas i hope you all are supporting the people busting their backsides to provide y'all a venue to play and compete.

With the filter? If I just hunt down through the list of all clubs I can find them, but with the filter I either get only those 9 clubs I mentioned earlier, and only if I do it just so, otherwise I get nothing.
With the filter, i see 19, so thats weird huh?

There are a lot of good cowboys in your area, dont be afraid to ask for a hands on lesson. If youre only planning to shoot a few cowboy matches a month, I would get a Lee load all. They are very affordable (check midway) and easy to use. You could spend hundreds or even thousands on high quality equipment but odds are you'll never recoup that cost.
