Panorama and hole in the wall are at the top of the San Fernando Valley, for your shotgun there is Deadwood Boys out at Piru. Google for more.

I feel your pain, no to poly yes to light cotton. You ever take a spray bottle w/ water?

Me gusto montado!

I can miss with any powder with any wt bullet at any time. Not that it helps me but always test loads out at the local indoor range (live in the city).
I figured if my vaqueros shoot high then I use a little powder with a little bullet if the target is close.

A pain to sew up, have not heard that is not legal, anyone know?

my waist is 31 inches, do I win?

Check out Marauder's page. The stoeger is a great side by side for the sport. Less expensive than 4 1897s.

Frederick Jackson Turner and Lefty Longridge are on my short list, both in So Cal.

A lot of us reload our ammo. I do hear Georgia Arms makes ammo suitable for us. Maybe someone else can chime in.

The roll cage is great when there is a lot of brass, like shooting modern pistol. Great for volume but it may not get it all and once "full" it starts to drop them.
For cowboy, I do not own any but like a long handles so I am not bending over and a net or or strainer with a big circumference so its easy to drop them in.
Its cool to see what shooters come up with like the fish nets and cups from dish drainers, and unique handles made from walking staffs.

Altamonts look cool. The little sass buttons fell of mine. Guess I got the name wrong for the colt rubber grips, but like them more than wood or plastic.

Bought a new stock from not sure, maybe brownells that did not fit mine.

had some stag grips but my hands sweat, would prefer perchata like the old colt ones but don't think anyone makes them
-
I cut mine down to fit with the recoil pad, forgot the angle of the dangle but bet someone will chime in.

I like the grips on the NMV, did change out springs.

My first time there and it was a fun match and the location was...

Are your 4 guns safer in a hotel/motel room or in your car with an alarm and out of sight? I decided in my car as it was so much easier to leave them there anyway.
Would that sign keep me from putting them in my room? no

For defense I would use my shotgun and whatever is in it would be ok.

Using Ariat ropers now.

I asked a historian about how did it ever get so far? He replied it goes back to colonial times.
