After considerable discussion, the combined WB/ROC has come to a final decision regarding the question as to the legality of "angled cartridge loops" on gun/ammo belts and slides: Laterally-angled cartridge loops on belts and ammo slides are LEGAL and ALLOWED for SASS competition use. This ruling rescinds all previous rulings and opinions.
