My wife’s sister has dementia and it’s gotten to the point that she’s a threat to herself and others. Her husband and daughters kind of laugh it off but Saturday at a family Christmas party at another sisters house it was on full display. She usually starts calling my wife around 5:00 every morning and will call her 70-80+ times in the morning. After she got kicked out of the Christmas party her husband got her home and she threw her iPhone into the floor and shattered it, I wondered why she hadn’t called a couple of hundred times in the last few days. He got her a new phone and she did the same thing to that one in the first hour. Have any of you dealt with family members going through this? I’d sure appreciate any help or suggestions, my wife and her sisters are in a real quandary, as you can imagine.
