Here is what I ended up with! Deuce Stevens recommendation of Sunshine Orange, and then I added Golden Yellow Rit fabric dye, since the orange seemed a bit too dark, 2 cups hot water and a cup of distilled vinegar, heat to simmer not allowing to boil stirring constantly for 15 minutes. Rinse and dry. The second Schofield is at the leather guy making holsters, so just having the other set of grips ready when it comes back! What do y'all think? The grips are from N.C.
