On the Hornady quick change item. Are you talking about the Bushings or the Bushing Insert?
This is the bushing that goes into your single stage press so you can use the insert. I bought one more than I needed.

I'm not interested as I have thousands of hulls. However a correction is needed on your 28 ga hulls.
Those are 2-3/4 inch hulls. Winchester nor Remington make 2-1/2 inch hulls in 28 ga..
2-1/2 inch is correct on the 410 hulls.
