I’m contemplating doing something I did many years ago! I wanna’ shoot different guns on every stage! I have all the shotguns I need!! I’ll need some help coming up with enough rifles and pistols!
I have five stages of rifle covered. If I can get five volunteers to loan me their rifle for a stage, I’ll supply ammunition or pay them for theirs! I have .45 Colt and .38 special cowboy loads in smokeless and real Black Powder.
I have pistols for seven stages and maybe eight already! Again, I have .45 Colt, .38 special in smokeless and Black Powder, and .44 cap ‘n’ ball with powder and caps.
I did this at the Tennessee State Match back in 2006 and had a ball!! With a little help from my friends, I’d like to do it again!!
WHADAYASAY??
You can uses these guns, and I have a rifle for you, what about a 87,97,sxs?

The simplicity of the single barrel scattergun (and the auto ejector) make me think that the SbS might be as fast as the SxS in smokey categories.
Any cowboys pushing the SbS to the max?
Any thoughts on the H&R/New England style barrel release versus the rotating tab?
This was 6 years ago, the h&r are fun
I cut it down and turned it, the shells just come out a bit, but the sxs is way faster
