Page 4, under Ammunition Belts and Loops:  Note: Any ammo carried to the firing line in an illegal/unapproved manner that is actually used for stage reloads falls under the “Use of illegally acquired ammunition” penalties.    Doesn't this statement make all "Loading Blocks" illegal, since the Loading table is on the Firing Line?   Snakebite
