WTC, hull in chamber
At the end of a "stand and deliver" stage the shooter left a fired hull in the chamber of their SxS shotgun. This firearm was not the last gun used. At the end of the stage the shooter removed the hull and proceeded to the unloading table. No penalty was accessed, should there have been?
The action of a long gun is no longer required to be left OPEN at the end of the shooting string (it doesn't matter HOW it ends up closed)
...but it MUST BE CLEARED before FIRING the next firearm on the stage
(or before leaving the shooter's hands at the ULT if it is the last firearm used on the stage)
