Diamond Jake Posted September 27 Posted September 27 Eighteen Shooters participated in the Long range side matches at Southeast Regional on Sept 24 and 25. Outlaw Bullets provided several prizes, and free use of some rifles and ammo (45-70 and 38-55) for those who wanted to try out. I believe "a good time was had by all". We hope to have even more participation at future matches. SASS 2026 Southeast Regional Long Range Side Match Results Revolver Two Nevada Sweeps, targets at 30, 40, and 50 yards 1. Show Me 2. Diamond Jake Posted September 30 Author Posted September 30 (edited) 18 hours ago, Griff said: My biggest regret is I was so busy running the shoot, I didn't get any pics. Hopefully someone else took some and will post them. The best I can do is show the target array. The white targets in foreground are pistol. The orange ones are pistol caliber lever rifle. Big Bore Single and Lever started with the white silhouette target on far right (160 yards), then the small white circle to the left at 185 yards. Finally, Alternate between the outside targets at 200. Repeat sequence starting at Silhouette. The tie breaker was five shots at the 12" square in the middle at 200. The Buffalo Gun just used the three targets at 200; alternate single taps at outside targets for four shots, single tap center square, then repeat. Edited September 30 by Diamond Jake 4 Quote
