John Kloehr Posted August 19 Posted August 19 Not new information, just new to me and recently renewed. When a state restricts civilian purchases but exempts LE, CMMG says no. From: https://resources.cmmg.com/cmmg-law-enforcement-statement " CMMG will only fulfill state and local government agencies and officers to the same configurations as they restrict to their own citizens. ... CMMG will fulfill orders in restricted areas if the Chief of Police or Sheriff of that respective department makes a public and written statement refusing to enforce those unconstitutional restrictions on the citizens in that jurisdiction. This includes firearms, parts, magazines and suppressors. If a state cannot trust us with equipment, we cannot and will not trust them. ... We support law enforcement, but not at the expense of disarming and restricting our fellow citizens. " 3 1 Quote
Blackwater 53393 Posted August 19 Posted August 19 (edited) The Ronnie Barrett response! ❤️ The state of California sent a Barrett 50 back to the factory, just after their legislature passed a ban on 50cal rifles. Barrett replied that he could and would repair the rifle, but that he would not and could not ship it back because that was prohibited!! 🤣👍 Edited August 19 by Blackwater 53393 3 Quote
