Henry Winkler

 I never thought of him as much of an actor.  Well, he wasn't bad as Fonzie, but......!  I found An American Christmas Carol and checked it out just to satisfy my curiosity.

 

THAT IS GREAT MOVIE!  Winkler plays a man from his mid 20s to maybe 70 and does a very good job.  The acting, scenes,  dialog, and everything else is letter perfect.

 

I'll probably check it out again for the holidays.  Y'all might enjoy it, too.

Richard Dean Anderson was MacGyver. Henry Winkler was the Executive Producer.

i liked him in happy days and yes ive seen the christmas carol he did - it was very good , ill watch it again

Winkler was one of the executive producers of the original show but he was also an executive producer for the reboot, I wouldn't give him too much credit.

For the original MacGyver, he actually helped develop the show and got it on the Air. I'm pretty sure that the Network just paid him so that they could make the reboot.

I liked him in Happy Days as Fonzie but not so much in anything else.

I've always liked his acting.  Yea, a couple of roles were flops,  but even The Duke had a couple. 

 

It took me 3 watchings to really appreciate his "Christmas Carol," mostly because the first 2 times I was back and forth to the kitchen really catch the details.

Other than Happy Days, the only thing I remember him in is Night Shift.  

 

I didn't even know there was a MacGyver reboot.  Or that the same guy is also responsible for a Magnum P.I. reboot.  But I haven't watched network TV since 2013, so...
