Buckshot Bear Posted August 10 Posted August 10 Some more accruements for my steam room ceiling and outside door. Its handy having my two sons own a plumbing, electrical & Air Conditioning business. The amount of brass and copper scrap and interesting bits and pieces from century old homes and factories etc that their 27 employees collect over the year is measured in the tonnes. I use my case tumbler that has around 2. 5 kilos of stainless steel pins in it and with a dash of car wash and three tablespoons of citric acid powder and a couple of hours or tumbling, plumbing brass and copper come out like the day they were made and some spray paint on some pieces and then a couple of spray coats of clear varnish to stop dulling of the copper and brass and its then it's .......where to put them! 13 5 Quote
