Final reduction $2200 shipped! Best Quality Spanish SXS, made in 1930, stellar wood, two barrel set

I have been torn about selling this double but here it goes. This is a best quality Astra sidelock ejector double with two barrel sets numbered to the gun. The figure in the walnut will make you tear up! The full coverage engraving is very tastefully done. Barrel set 1 is for upland game with 26” length and choked improved cylinder and modified (0.010” and 0.020” construction. Barrel set 2 is for waterfowling with 30” length and both choked extra full (0.050” constriction). The trigger is a manual single selective trigger. The friend is of beaver tail type with push-button takedown. The head of the stock had cracked at some point but was professionally repaired and is stable. I shot a round of sporting clays with it and it is a dream to shoot. I’m asking $2600 OBO for the set. That includes shipping to the lower 48. I will consider a partial trade for a 44-40 toggle-link lever action.

 Regarding a toggle link action rifle, what are you specifically looking for?

Henry, '66 or '73?  Stock gun, action job or short stroke?  Barrel length?  Manufacturer?

Any and all! I have 24” version of each. I wouldn’t mind shorter versions. Action jobs are not important to me. If fact, I’d prefer stock. What do you have for trade?
