Alpo Posted August 3 Posted August 3 Got a political ad in the mail today. Does not matter who it was or what he's running for. Says he is endorsed by the president. He is endorsed by the governor. And he is endorsed by 62 sheriffs. We either have 67 or 68 counties - I don't recall which. Which means we either have 67 or 68 sheriffs. And I saw that "Endorsed By 62 Florida Sheriffs!!!" statement, and immediately wondered - why didn't the other five or six like him? 1 1 Quote

Pat Riot Posted August 5 Posted August 5 As I entered my gun room to get my digital caliper to measure something on my Kawasaki and my mind wandered and I remembered my old Yamaha Seca 550 and how much fun that was to ride then I remembered the time I nearly froze to death on it riding in the rain. Man, was I cold and that reminded me of riding my old Kawasaki Vulcan in 16° weather in Oregon to go to work. Invigorating! At this point I realized that I may need a new leather jacket this coming Fall so I can ride my Kawasaki in the cooler weather and then I realized I was looking forward to pumpkin spice season. I love pumpkin spice. Walmart now has a pumpkin spice coffee creamer. Maybe my wife would like that. She likes creamer in her coffee. As I stood in the doorway I wondered what I came in there for… I went to the kitchen and wrote pumpkin spice creamer on the grocery list then headed out to the garage and realized I forgot my digital caliper. I came back into the house and my wife said “Why is there pumpkin spice creamer on the grocery list? I don’t like that.” Then we discussed other creamer flavors and I decided to get back to work so I headed out to the garage… 2 Quote
