I’ve been shooting for almost 30 years and today at Tusco Long Riders was the first time I had a split case inside the chamber of my rifle. Luckily I had a Split Case Remover that I bought like 5 years ago. Thanks to The Surgeon for showing me how to do it . He actually did it for me. I highly recommend for all to get a Split Case Remover. Ya just never know"…………………..🙄

That is a very nice design. Would you let us know where you found it. I've been looking for one that will work for 44-40, haven't found one yet.

That one pictured is from Brownells. Mine looks a little different than that one. If you search Split Case Remover you’ll find all kinds of them. Everyone has them. Amazon, Midway, Brownells, EBay etc etc………

im glad you had your tool - i need to get one i think , i did have occasion to learn of the magazine tube wrench a while back and bought one , it came in handy last shoot , i believe ill buy one of those - or two for both calibers i shoot , thanks

I've seen it happen 5-6 times in my 30 years. I've had it happen twice.

only needs to happen once to ruin your day , there are things ill carry on my cart and weight i wont carry , ill add these without thinking abought it twice

I have 2. one in .38/357 one in .45. Made 20 years ago.

Keep them in my spare loops, for shooters on the line, when I TO
