Don't remember any other prices but I remember the bacon and eggs. in 69 i was in college and i recall splurging on corned beef - it was a step above the peanut butter and bologna we were eating , we were living a small step above raman noodles and beans because we all had more than one job to pay the bills , the corned beef was a couple bucks and made about a half dozen sandwiches , when i left school i had almost no student debt , a couple unpaid parking fees and a married student housing months rent - $100 , i paid it all off within a month , i of=ten worked four jobs a week to pay my bills , all part time and only my wife had a regular pay check at the time , i often made more than her , 1 2 Quote

While all states are not listed on the main page if you search Nebraska, Kansas is shown on the same table. In 1874 Kansas, a pound of butter was 22 & 1/2 cents.
