John Kloehr Posted July 3 Posted July 3 (edited) Agree the ban will be held unconstitutional. The devil will be in the details as to how wide or narrow the ruling is. And if the court will GVR with specific instructions to enter a ruling or direct the lower courts to try again per general guidance. Also if the guidance will be broad enough to cover magazines and any other parts/accessories or leave everything but a core finding to further litigation. Also will the ruling apply to the Glock/cruciform trigger bans and schemes like California's roster or only address these rifles... At this time, I see four likely positive votes, three likely negative votes, and two justices who have not telegraphed a likely leaning. Need one of those two to have a win, and this is where the scope and details will come from, what will at least one of them sign on to... Edited July 3 by John Kloehr 1 3 Quote

Viramontes at least, has. I see the bans coming down. What I do not understand yet is how other things around the bans will play out. "yes, you may purchase a AR but it can only hold 4+1".....This kind of thing. But lets not fret about negative thoughts until there is reason to. 1 Quote
