Alpo Posted July 1 Posted July 1 Late this morning I had a dream. For some reason this guy had apparently declared war on me and my two brothers. And we are having a little firefight in the neighborhood. He has camouflage and night vision and a scoped rifle with a silencer. We are attempting to not shoot any of the neighbors, who are going about their business with no realization that there's shooting going on. Then at one point he wants to parley. He stands up and takes off his camouflage hood and waves it around to get our attention. And I thumb cock my pistol. And I take caaaaareful aim. And I squeeze off a shot. Miss him completely. Then he starts explaining to us why he is trying to kill us. That's when I wake up. And since I woke up while the dream was going on I remember it pretty good. And I'm lying there in bed thinking about it and the same thought is going over and over in my mind. "You had a scoped rifle, you moron. Why in the world were you trying to snipe him with a pistol??" 4 Quote

I theorize it's that sane and rational part of my mind (yes, it does exist!) 😁😁😁😁😁 trying to warn me not to do the stupid stuff I dream about! Although I still have not figured out the giant Chicken Croquette rolling down the trailer court I lived in years ago, eating house trailers like the Blob vacuuming up human snacks ... 2 Quote

Chantry Posted July 2 Posted July 2 I dreamt that I, as a civilian, ended up as a hostage negotiator, because there was no one else. And that I was unhappy about having that much responsibility forced on me. I think the dream ended with it being a success. I don't recall watching or reading anything that would have triggered that dream So analyze that weirdos! Quote
