If justice Jackson is saying that she is not capable of reading history and distinguishing between historical facts and ideological swings in public opinion, she should immediately resign her position!!

With the staff and access to information provided to Supreme Court justices, this is a totally ridiculous argument!!

If she is being honest, (which is extremely doubtful) she should just admit that she doesn’t like this or that portion of the Constitution and or its duely ratified amendments and then do her job properly and render decisions according to the letter of the law!!  She should NOT disagree or dispute what the founding document delineates!!

If she or any other justice cannot do that, they should resign and spend their energies and efforts to amend the Constitution as is the right of every American citizen!

Remember when Justice Brow Jackson said:

"Your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the federal government in significant ways in the most important time periods," Katenji Brown Jackson.

My comment on the article that was in:

THAT'S THE WHOLE IDEA OF IT! From a Court that understood the Constitution:

"

"The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and to establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts. One's right to life, liberty, and property, to free speech, a free press, freedom of worship and assembly, and other fundamental rights may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no elections.""

: Robert H. Jackson, US Supreme Court Justice West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943)

She is a prime example of what happens when a Big D Blue politician puts DEI/affirmative action hiring ahead of competence and the Constitution.
