The “state” would then be forced to expend exorbitant amounts of resources to cover all the bases! Kinda’ like having to play Whack A Mole in every direction and all at once!! It might be possible to even institute criminal charges for some of these elected officials who are obviously breaking their oath of office! The possibility of facing ten years in prison for violating their oaths might make them think carefully about infringing on a Constitutionally guaranteed right!!
