John Kloehr Posted May 2 Posted May 2 That is basically it. No particular link to post. He has been acting director for a while. Nomination approval was a few hours behind the expected time. The press conference announcing 34 new proposed rules went on as scheduled. Cicada was not sworn in yet but did shortly sign the proposals. No new rules can be created until an agency has a permanent director per a Trump EO (a typical EO numerous presidents issued on the first day of a term). Thoughts on him?
