You’ve hit on the biggest problem with the Constitution: it contains no penalties for violating it!!!

How many people would try to ban guns if the penalty for violating the Second Amendment was DEATH???

And it should be!! The same for violating any of the bill of rights!

But since there’s no penalty for it-why NOT violate the Constitution??
