Hey, guys, we need some help for two new users, Thin Mint (112898) and CowgirlUp.org, which is the nonprofit sponsoring the new event, Mayhem in the Rockies. They signed up on Wednesday and still haven't been approved for membership. Any chance we could get someone to take a look at this? They need to get some posts/announcements made. Thank you, Hayfever Hart :)

I know that Thin Mint had been approved earlier this week.  She may have to look in her Spam or Promotions folder to find the notification, follow the prompt, and all's good.

Thank you so much!! Is it possible to resend it to her? We can't get her to log in, and I've checked every folder and deleted items just in case; we have nothing.

Sent again.  All she'll need to do is follow the link and set a new password.

If they are using Gmail there have been problems in the past receiving the approval email.

This is incredibly frustrating. Thin Mint can't sign up for a new account, as it uses the same email, and we can't get a password reset to go through. Can we get an admin on the backend to either delete Thin Mint (user ID) or reset it? The same is true for the CowgirlUp.org user. Can we get some help?

Yes, we have checked junk/spam numerous times and asked for pw resets, but none of them work.

Easy enough.  Both accounts have been deleted, so okay to start over.

If it does not work now, I suggest getting an Internet expert (any 13 to 15 year old) to assist.
