The Wyoming Traders Pommel Fish Slicker is waterproof, made with acrylic latex coated muslin, as well as sealed reinforced stitching throughout. 
The fish slicker is lined with muslin, is light-weight, and has several details that are important while out on the trail, including a calf length hem that will keep your legs dry, dual buttons and storm flap that make for an adjustable fit, along with the saddle cut back center seams. 
This fish slicker also comes with front pockets that are user friendly.
