Assume that the targets are properly spaced to see a clean miss.

I think this might be called "Two Step"

Two targets A & B

Starting on either target alternate

Double tap, single tap, single tap, double tap, single tap, single tap, double tap.  (This may be more stressful for non-gunfighters revolvers, as the second revolver first shot is the same target of the first revolver last shot.)

OR

Single tap, single tap, double tap, single tap, single tap, double tap, single tap, single tap.

To really mess-up shooters describe it like this!

Two targets 1 & 2 or 2 & 1.

Starting on either target alternate

1,1,2,1,1,2,1,1

OR

1,2,1,1,2,1,1,2

IMHO, any description with numbered targets and specific number sequence is a "P" trap for some shooters.

All through the match the SG targets have been any order. Then on one stage the SG is outside, outside, inside, inside. Tricky, no. But the brain says start on this end and sweep to the other end.

It was called the Crow Hop Sweep at the 2025 EOT.

Biggest P trap ever. Over 70 P's on that one stage.

S Bull,

That is possible, but we are back home now.

I started this thread based on another current thread and I did not want to hijack the topic.

Are you going to Senior Games or Bordertown?? (yes i hijacked my own thread)

I have one written for our Work Shirkers match this Thursday. I don’t think it’s a “P” trap but it’s a sweep I’ve never seen. 3 targets, single tap T1, triple tap T2, quad tap T3, single tap T2, single tap T1. I guess I’ll know Friday if it was considered a “P” trap. 🤠

i don't have any i like they are all associated with one of the five sinks in this house that i have replaced numerous times and fixed te=wice as often - i hate plumbing , im beginning to hate electrical , and all the other construction trade things i used to do here - im old , i no longer can crawl into cabinets , or rebuild walls , im too tired of doing it ,

currently have an oven issue and electrical box issue to deal with , niether will be cheap - have already cost me over  $500.00 and nothing is fixed [ok , one thging is fixed , but its a small one]

Ditto on the 2025 EOT Crow hop sweep.

Not that the sweep was extreme, but the combination of target distance and slanted up placement for one gun and slanted down for the other made for 3 levels of difficulty whereas I try to keep a stage to one level of difficulty.

Unfortunately no, not going to make either one of those. But I do plan on being in Twin Falls in August for the Regional.

We had this at our annual:

1-1-2-3-2--4-3-2-1-1  sweep

was supposed to be the first 10 notes of the German National Anthem

When I came across that one and I had to ask about where this came from. Then got it explained. Enjoyed the match

Itsa "Round Count".  I hate "Round Count."

There is not such thing as a "Favorite" for a "P" trap.

OK, in the spirit of the intent, what is your dreaded "P" trap

It’s Idaho in August. I’m bringing everything from a parka to a Speedo. 😎

It only counts if you wear them BOTH at the same time.

I guess this was ok, I didn't get hung and we only had one "P" on the stage and that was by a shooter shooting Josey Wales for the first time.

Crow Hop sweep

1, 3, 2, 1, 3 and repeat.

Or it is better by far to say outside, outside, middle, outside, outside, repeat. At least that way there can be some shooter preference.

Not particularly hard but not exactly fun either. Lots of opportunities to shoot a target you are supposed to pass over.
