As a none member of SASS I understand I can not post anything for sale here on the Classifieds . But I posted a post on wanting to Buy something on the Classifieds and it got taken down ? I'm I not allowed to ask a question if any one has what I'm looking for to buy ? Im not complaining about it being taken down if that is the rule I just dont want to do something wrong again . This Prohibition includes "In Search of" and "Want to Buy" posts. In short, If your not a SASS member, the Classifieds are closed to you. Quote

A non-member cannot start a thread. They can't say FOR SALE or WANT TO BUY. But if I was to offer something for sale, the non-member could certainly buy it. Or at least offer to buy it. I might decline to do business with a non-member, but I believe he can make a post. He just can't start a thread. 2 Quote

A non-SASS member can reply to purchase/sell/trade as I read the rules. Unless someone is a SASS member, can not start a thread like "WTB: Pair of NMV 5-1/2 Blued with Bisley Hammer." But if a member posts a thread with "WTS: Pair of NMV 5-1/2 Blued with Bisley Hammer," the OP can reply to it and send a PM as followup. Ads initiated by non-SASS members will be deleted That refers to selling, wanting to buy, and "looking for" by guests (as well as anyone using an unverified/fake SASS number).
