Frontier Lone Rider Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Congratulations to The Cumberland Kid and to all of the brave shooters at EOT 2026. You had another wild and successful journey into the unknown world of Cowboy Action Shooting placing Second Over-All and Number One in the Top Gun Shoot-Off. See what stopping to sneeze cost you, 9 seconds. You two were toe to toe through the entire match. Now, as I have said in the past, take the journey from Ohio, through West Virginia, Pennsylvania, to the Cumberland Gap, which is in Maryland. This journey for you would be to start at your grandparents in Ohio and travel the traditional Cumberland Trail all of the way to the Cumberland Gap. Some of the Stage rest areas and lay-overs are still in operation such as the Summit right outside of Uniontown, PA. Congratulations again to a fine young man and a great shooter. Waimea Posted March 2 Posted March 2 It was a great pleasure to shoot my first EOT with you. Congratulations on your win! Of course every time you're on the range and can be with cowboys is a win. 2 2 Quote
Sixgun Seamus Posted March 3 Posted March 3 Congrats Kid. Proud to call you a friend. I will always remember that young man wandering around the parking lot at Firelands and inviting him over to the camper to sit down and talk with us. 3 1 Quote

Right Again Dad Posted March 6 Posted March 6 Jace and I have had the opportunity to share a posse with CK numerous times and his demeanor and character is what overshadows his shooting. I have told Jace this is more important than anything we do with our guns. Thanks for being a role model and a good friend! 2 1 Quote
The Cumberland Kid Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Thank you to everyone for the congratulations! I appreciate it dearly. I’m sorry for my delay in responding, truth be told, I don’t get on the wire too often. 1 Quote
