It's time to send in your entry if you are planning to shoot the 2026 Tennessee State Championship in Wartrace, Tennessee. We will be giving Molly's buckles for first in Category no matter where you are from. The buckles are category specific, so I need to order them soon to have them here in time. Thank you for entering early. 🤠

We will have 12 Main Match Stages, 6 Friday and 6 Saturday. We will also have 10 Side Matches, 4 Stage Warm-up, 4 Stage Wild Bunch and 4 Stage Black Powder Matches all included in the entry fee as well as Friday night dinner on the range and Saturday Night Awards Banquet.

We have a 225 shooter limit and it's not unusual for us to fill up and have to start a waiting list.

I hope to see you at the range.

Randy

I noticed on the release statement that I wouldn't own the digital rights to any video or pictures that "might" be taken of me against my will. 😎 ...

That is correct, but I think we can find whatever pictures we need at the Post Office! 😁😂🤣🤠

I seen some a few years back at my local post office that actually had a very generous reeeeeeward on them....a whole fiddy cents.  Why, in Tennessee that'd be a whole half dollar by now. 😎

Question: Will the Friday night door/shooter prizes be the same as in year's past?

I think we may have enough snake bite/ rheumatism medicine for this year, but after this we'll have to do standard type door prizes.

Maybe after this year everyone can bring a bottle to donate and Friday night we'll hand them out.

I think several stay at the Celebration campground in Shelbyville. Maybe @Tennessee Tombstone or @Krazy Kajun will reply.

Thanks

Randy

Yep the Celebration campground is where a lot of the cowboys stay.   You have to call Ray Beech at 931-580-3831 to make a reservation.

We camp at the Sale of Champions campground in Shelbyville, TN

Sale of Champiions

790 Whitthorne Street

Shelbyville TN

Send money to:

Ray Beech

531 Belfast Farmington road

Belfast TN 37019

It is about 20 minuets from the range but allow for 30 incase the train is there.

$50 per night, full hook up, grass.

We have a small party/strategy meeting each night.

It is easier if you pay up front so Ray does not have to track you down over the weekend.

I've been meaning to get mine in the mail, but we're trying to figure out if my wife is going to be able to attend as well. Gotta lock down a sitter before she can commit. With the 4 stage black powder match, what exactly is that?

Basically it’s a warm up match for black powder shooters. We have a 4 stage Black Powder , a 4 stage Wild Bunch, a 4 stage Warm Up for others. At the Tennessee State Championship we want you to shoot as much as you want to and it’s all included in the match fee.

Thanks

Randy
