Fightin Frank Posted February 10 Posted February 10 (edited) I saw a post here where seems no one could get a Dillon CV500 Tumbler motor replacement. https://forums.sassnet.com/index.php?/topic/263539-dillon-cv500-tumbler-motor-question/ I could not post to that post as archived but figured to help others out as like others Dillon was not really any help fixing it to my surprise but I did a little research and the motor is nothing more than a bathroom exhaust fan motor lol Here is a link on Amazon I just replaced it in like 30minutes and it works just like new : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DFFY79H?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title $30 ready to go again! Did not even have to drill new holes. Its just that the new motor only has 2 mounting points vs original with 4. Edited February 10 by Fightin Frank 3 Quote
SouthwestShooter Posted February 12 Posted February 12 It's my understanding that Dillon farms out the motor repairs. I had mine done via them about 6 months ago. I forget the cost but remember it was worth it. Quote
