Blackwater 53393 Posted February 10 Posted February 10 (edited) SCOTUS should rule that ANY law passed that is found to infringe on the Second Amendment rights of citizens will result in the levying of massive fines at the time that it is found to be unconstitutional! The Constitution and Second Amendment should be amended to read that the congress of the United States or of any state, commonwealth, county, parish, or municipality, within its boundaries shall pass no law that restricts ownership, possession, or transport by any means of the arms of or by law abiding citizens!
