Blackwater 53393 Posted February 6 Posted February 6 (edited) When the lawsuit is filed, the plaintiffs should request/demand a punitive damages award from the state and those legislators and the governor who signed this into law as an incentive to prevent future unconstitutional legislation! SCOTUS should award such a settlement as a warning to those who continue to flood the courts with litigation caused by these anti American attacks on out Constitutionally guaranteed rights!!
