im good with all of it - i like a little candy , a little beer and a little liquor from time to time , just dont overdo it , i dont gain nor loose weight save a small amount from day to day , im convinced we can try to avoid the problems and prolong our lives but what will be will be - im fully expecting one day ill get bad news at this point in life , till then im going to continue living it to the best i can , happy and for now healthy ...but enjoying whats left
