Having read the cover posted on Amazon, I'm definitely reading that one. Congrats on the finished product. I'm sure the work was arduous but a labor of love. Well done!

Well done, sir! It sounds like a work that could be used as a text for an "Introduction to..." class, both academic and readable.

And this:

(Name redacted) is an educator and Colonel in the United States Army Reserves with combat experience, as well as a former law enforcement officer. His work examines authority, accountability, and ethical responsibility within high-trust institutions.

He holds master's degrees in history, management and leadership, and strategic studies, and is pursuing a PhD in psychology focused on stress and decision-making. His writing is informed by both academic research and professional experience in military and law-enforcement contexts.

A rather impressive CV.

Ok, I’m pretty darn excited about finally publishing a book, although it’s an extremely niche subject.

Welcome to the clan.  I'm very proud of my two novels even though I wrote dozens of instruction manuals and lesson books both before and after the novels.

Our good Subdeacon said it right: an impressive CV indeed!

Well done and proud of you!

Charlie Macneil told me (and he said it right!) there is no feeling like holding that very first Author's Copy of YOUR BOOK!

Congratulations! Unfortunately I can relate to the cover and subject matter of your book. I hope your book does very well.
