The safety aspect is the most troubling!  Don’t forget the documented research on health risks to those in continuous proximity to high voltage transmission lines. Some of it is pretty ugly.

 

I’d want to see a lot more testing and analysis done in this area!

 

It IS an exciting prospect! BROADCAST POWER has been discussed and dreamed about for years!

Quite correct about the safety aspect. I know I wouldn't want to live in close proximity to high voltage transmission lines or whatever broadcast facility is sending/receiving the Broadcast Power transmissions.

Not that I'm a SKEPTIC (I really am) but I'll believe it when I see it SAFELY demonstrated.  Broadcast power??  Safe??  Oh sure.  Just get down range of the big Radars used for Missile defense.  They are still roasting small critters and Birds if they haven't been de-comissioned.

Yep just like nuclear waste! Let the folks ten thousand years from now worry about it. Ask the folks around Chernobyl how safe nuclear is. And we still can't find a way to store waste for 10K years and don't appear to care. Hey makes someone a fortune, so who cares? They likely don't reside anywhere near it.

Electromagnetic, would like to see the testing on medical devices too.  Doc says an "inappropriate therapy" from an ICD is no picnic but will lay you out flat on the ground ready for one.
